Paradox...(9th-12th Grade)
The gospel message is indeed a paradox...the greatest gift of all available for free...Jesus: fully human yet fully divine. At Grace Church, Paradox is where we explore these and other great Truths with students in grades 9-12.
High School students are in a unique period in their lives. Most Christ followers come to know him when they are in high school, thus making high school ministry of vital importance. At Paradox, we seek to bring high school students who know Jesus into a deeper relationship with him while teaching them what it means to let their non-Christian friends know who Jesus is. Grace Church uses a threefold strategy to connect people to Jesus; the high school students engage in this strategy in impactful ways.
The first step of our strategy is to see everyone in our church attending large group gatherings for a time of music, teaching, prayer and fellowship. For high school students, the main large group gathering is on Wednesday nights from 7:00 - 8:45pm in the main sanctuary at Grace. In these services, we teach passages from the Bible that deal with spiritual growth and developing a greater passion and relationship with Jesus.
The second step of our strategy is to see everyone in our church engaged in a small group gathering for a time of deeper biblical study, prayer and relationship building. For high school students, this small group time is on Sunday mornings @ 11:30am in Room 12 - Student Ministries Room. During this time, students will explore and discuss difficult relevant issues, and find answers from the Bible. Students meet in groups of 5-10 students guided by mentors.
The third step of our strategy is to move each student toward missional living... For high school students, there are opportunities through short term mission trips, feeding the homeless once a month, serving in their school's Christian clubs and participating in various ministry opportunities within the Grace Church walls. If students have a special gift or talent, we make every attempt to create a place for them to use that talent to serve God with their lives.
Our passion at Paradox is to see high school students who do not know God come to know him, and to see students who do know him come to a deeper relationship with him. Jesus is not just the foundation of our lives; he is the very substance of our focus, admiration, worship and actions. We invite all high school students from all schools in our area to come and begin a journey with Jesus here at Grace Church!
Chosen Generation (6th-8th Grade)
What is God like? Why did He put me on the earth? Why do I matter to God? Each week, junior high students come to Chosen Generation to hang out with new and old friends and to seek to understand God together. With that goal in mind, we have two different gatherings each week:
+Chosen Generation Sunday Morning+
11:30am 'til 12:35pm in the Grace Church Student Ministries Room
+Chosen Generation Wednesday Night+
7:00pm 'til 8:30pm in the Grace Church Sanctuary

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN
As a ministry of Grace Community Church, we believe "Children are a gift from God: they are His reward" (Psalm 127:3).
We seek to nurture children in God's love by creating an atmosphere where they feel loved, comfortable and can express themselves without feeling threatened.
We incorporate Biblical stories and principles within our curriculum to develop Christian standards and values.

KidZone...(Birth-5th Grade)
KIDZONE is a children’s ministry at Grace Church that serves children from birth through 5th grade. Our purpose is to equip young minds and hearts with God’s love and truth and to teach them to love and live for Jesus.
Our desire is to provide your children an atmosphere that is both fun and educational. The Word of God is taught through a variety of activities, worship, Bible study, games, crafts and scripture memorization.
KIDZone meets Saturday’s at 6:00p.m., and Sunday’s @ 8:30, 10:00, & 11:30am.
As a new ministry of KIDZone, Special Needs Child Care is available during the 11:30am service. We have trained specialists to watch your children in a secure enviroment. This service is offered to children of all ages who are qualified as having special needs.
Due to the continual growth at KIDZone, we are looking for individuals who love God and have a heart for children. We have a need for teachers, organizers, worship leaders, assistants, greeters, and prayer support. We provide all our teachers training and lesson plans.
